WARP AND WEFT SLIM TIE

A design inspired in colorful Mexican textiles, woven for centuries by women from different regions in Mexico who use waist looms with great skill. When worked by expert knitters, warp and weft combine to depict life experiences, dreams, and ancient traditions. Samples of this are the beautiful huipiles, which take months to complete and are for the exclusive use of women, who wear them with pride throughout their lives.
