Nature has never brought together in a single plant so many elements to satisfy the needs of man", the Spaniards said when learning about the multiple benefits that nature offered to the agave, a plant that gives rise to mezcal, an ancestral drink exclusively for the nobility in times prehispanic. Today it lives its best time thanks to the fusion of ancient techniques with the distillation process brought by the conquerors, giving rise to a drink that transcends borders.
