A design inspired by the Quetzal, a bird of beautiful plumage that lives in the rainforest of Central America. The cadence of its flight brings its wings up and down in a wavy rhythm, taking shelter in the mists and fading into the background vegetation of its habitat. Its feathers were highly valued by the Pre-Hispanic cultures that saw in them a symbol if fertility, earth, and victory, adorning the headdresses and shields of great warriors and rulers. This is a reinterpretation of the works of artist Sergio Cruz Duran.
